  1. Brills Marketing Corporation is committed to provide support and assistance to customers who would like to avail of the manufacturer’s warranty.
  1. Please keep the Official Sales Invoice for warranty purposes. No sales invoice, no warranty policy will be implemented.

  1. All reported items under warranty are subject to manufacturer’s verification or investigation. Warranty claims will be based according to the manufacturer’s discretion. Bundled items are not covered in the warranty.
  1. Brills Marketing Corporation is not liable for any losses suffered by any third party directly or indirectly caused by repairs or remedial work carried out without vector.ph’s prior written approval. The customer shall indemnify tcads.com.ph against all losses arising out of such claims.
  1. ph shall be under no liability under the above warranty (or any other warranty, condition or guarantee) if the total price for the products has not been paid in cleared funds by the due date for payment.
  1. To the extent allowed under Philippine law, tcads.com.ph shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any defect in the products arising after the expiry of the applicable product warranty, if any.
  1. Problems with the computer or laptop due to software errors are not covered by the warranty.
  1. Misuse, negligence, and tampering by the user is NOT covered by the warranty
